How we produce our concretes

Each of our concrete products is created with an emphasis on detail, quality and clean design. We don't just think about the result, but also the process itself - from the selection of raw materials to the final finish. Here is our process:

1. Custom recipe

It all starts with a carefully tuned concrete mix. We have developed our own formula that ensures a fine structure, proper strength and a beautiful, natural surface appearance. We do not use any unnecessary additives in the formula – we stick to simplicity and quality.

2. Hand casting

We create each concrete container by hand, pouring it into molds with precise care. This allows us to carefully verify the shape, thickness and overall appearance of each piece. We let the concrete harden naturally, without using any accelerators.

3. Grinding and surface treatment

After maturing, the sanding phase follows. We remove unevenness and at the same time create a slightly matte surface that is pleasant to the touch. We use special waxes or impregnations for the products to increase their durability.

4. Every piece is an original

Thanks to the handwork and natural nature of the material, each concrete piece is slightly different. This is what makes it a unique and vibrant element for your interior.
